Delete your account and data
You can delete your Hapka AI account and all of its data at any time — from the app, or by email without reinstalling it.
In the app
iPhone
- Open Hapka AI and go to Profile.
- Scroll to “Account Actions”.
- Tap “Delete account…” and confirm.
Android
- Open Hapka AI and go to Profile.
- Scroll to “Account Actions”.
- Tap “Delete account…” and confirm.
Without the app
Email us from the address you sign in with (Apple or Google) with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll confirm and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted
- Profile: name, email, username and avatar
- Every logged meal, meal photo and ingredient
- Weight, goals, water, workouts and Apple Health / Health Connect data
- Progress photos, saved foods and meals
- Notification devices and every active session
What is kept
- Nothing linked to you once erasure completes.
- Export files are deleted 7 days after they're created.
- Backups roll over on a schedule and are never used to restore an account after the 30-day window.
When
Your account is anonymised and every session is signed out immediately. Permanent erasure runs automatically 30 days later — until then, an accidental deletion can be reversed by writing to us.
